Please consider a mini roundabout there and at the intersection of Montgomery & Landing. They make roundabouts now that trucks and emergency vehicles can drive over the median. I think in the past this was dismissed because there is not enough room to make it big enough for emergency vehicles. Something like this: https://rubberform.com/product/mini-roundabouts/

Thank you. The speed of traffic and curvature of the road make this intersection dangerous due to low visibility of oncoming traffic, even if traffic volume doesn’t meet criteria for stop signs etc.
