This is my official notification to the City that if my car is damaged due to the non stop pot holes throughout this area, I will be filing a law suit. This whole area is like a war zone. Today's adventure nearly took out the front end of my new car. I know I'm not the only one who has complained. Cold patch isn't taking care of the problem. I've driven this street for the past two years 4 times a day and it never gets better.

Please know there is a high volume of requests. During cold weather, DGS uses a temporary filler as the cold weather prevents a more permanent repair. During warm weather, a more permanent product can be used to fill the pothole.
