Drainage pipe is not county owned, open drainage system was partly filled in and a pipe was installed by current or previous homeowner. Solution would be for the homeowner to clean the pipe or remove pipe, tree and reshape drainage swale to allow water to flow across driveway into the storm drain box. No county work to be done at location.
