The tv and other garbage are next to CVS dumpster. Unless there is a fine to the property management company this will be an ongoing issue. Picking up the TV is just part of the the solution. CVS also needs to lock up their dumpster to prevent others from leaving garbage there.

Sanitation only removes trash and recycling, property held in containers. Large or excess items from the alley or curb as special pick-ups, if reported. It is the abutting property owners responsibility to maintain the easement of their property. Failure to maintain the easement on private property could be identified as a potential violation of the municipal property code.
