The Bureau of Utilities has the water off at the 4000 block of Font Hill Drive affecting 4006-4106 Font Hill Drive, Heather Glen, 9902-9933 Windflower Drive, Windflower Court, Jay Em Circle, El Dee Drive, 4001 and 4017 Dee Jay Drive in Ellicott City to replace a fire hydrant.
