White SUV in the driveway has been broken down there for a year. There is a bunch of stuff piled up on the fence behind the vehicle as well. This man is running an illegal dog kennel out of his home with 10 Or so dogs at any given time and all the Donations pile up to rot in his yard.
He is a renter. Landlord lives up the street
