I second this complaint. Slum conditions have existed across this lot for at least four years now. I have called town hall (Board of Health) yearly, seen partial results in some years but overall just a steady worsening of the situation. I believe the appearance of this lot by itself justifies action by the town. Do we have to wait for a plague of 1) rats 2) skunks 3) mice 4) ?? Apparently this lot is owned by several investors living in California. I hope the City of Malden can go after the owners who are grossly failing their management responsibilities.

Also please add to the list of complaints: routine vehicle parking on the front yard. That killed the grass completely over the past year. This summer's thunderstorms should produce quite a wash of mud across the sidewalk.

I live next door. This house has at least 4 families living there and the trash consists of furniture mattresses and garbage because they won't pay for bags! I've reached out to Ultrino several times. Nothing but silence. Very sad for us home owners that keep our property cleanz. Homes like this drive our property values down and force responsible tenants/homeowners to leave Malden. Very sad. Help!!! Please, do something.

I am sorry that the folks on Medford Street are experiencing the same level of frustration with the city as the residents of Regent Road are. I have been calling City Hall and the DPW complaining for at least a year about several residents on Regent Road who have their trash on the street all week long. Janelle from the DPW told me one day that the City of Malden doesn't care if people leave their yard waste bags, etc. on the street all week as long as the items are secure. I emailed the Ward One counselor, Peg Crowe, about one month ago describing the conditions here and she never responded. Why does the City of Malden have ANY trash regulations if they are not going to fine the residents for non compliance? In most cases, the DPW is pretty quick to remove the items from the street. However, all of this costs the taxpayers of Malden money. Instead, the lack of compliance by resident of the City of Malden should end up with a fine in most cases, which could be revenue generating for the city.

seems like some lost opportunities here by the City to show a proactive concern for the health and wellbeing of actively engaged taxpayers seeking to improve the overall conditions of the City.

Still people living in camper! This is ridiculous. New set just moved in. I guess this is a good way to help pay for your mortgage. Should I use my back yard as a campground too?!

Trash everywhere...STILL. Cars...STILL.

7/13/15 RV and cars removed, panel truck remains, yard overgrown and no compliance with orders to correct. Case to filed with the City Solicitor this date.
