Hello, they came out to inspect but told the resident elderly that they would only put asphalt down instead of the nice cement curb. The elderly resident pays high taxes and the tree from the curb was the culprit and caused this crack to happen. I think it is terrible and the resident was very upset about this. This is an accident waiting to happen. Why would they put new cement down and not do it correctly in the first place. I think this resident should have this problem fixed the city put the cement in and there was no problem with this curb before they put the new cement it. She should call the mayors office to get this done. We are furious this crack has been there since the winter! Please fix it it is urgent !

They came to 115 Girard avenue and patched the sidewalk up with asphalt. They just filled it in . It was a nice concrete sidewalk that was pushed up by city trees. The trees have been gone but the roots still there. This is a horrible job. My mother is retired and pays lots of taxes. Please send a supervisor to repair. I am very unhappy with this ob n my mothers driveway and I will contact the mayor and aldewoman about this . It is the driveway area.
