Yard waste should be placed out for collection in rigid reusable containers marked with an “X” on all sides, in compostable kraft paper lawn bags, or tied (with twine) in bundles meeting certain size requirements. A reusable container should be made out of rigid plastic or metal, similar to a trash container, to help ensure proper collections.
