I understand but this is no excuse. He should park on Bradley or Jefferson where no resident sticker is required. He not only takes a space, his car is and has been parked in the middle of 2 spaces so we lose 2 not just 1 space. This issue is not exclusively about this care, it is also about the lack of consistent enforcement of the parking rules in this area.

Yes, the requirement is that any car parked in a residential zone for more than two hours at a time MUST be registered to that zone. This is not only to allow space for residential parking within the zone for registered residents, but to be sure that city and state registration and tax liabilities are fulfilled.
