We are requesting assistance from the City of Detroit to cut the front lawns located at the dead- end of Artesian at Elmira...these two homes have been vacant for some time. We are currently maintaining 4 other vacant homes on the street and financially dont have the funds to maintain the others in adfition to our home maintenance tasks please contact the current owners to cut their lawns
