We "close" a See Click Fix issue once we've acknowledged the complaint; however, this issue is not "Closed" per se; it will remain an "Open" case with us until it is corrected. A Code Enforcement Officer has opened a case on the property (the case number is CE15-0853). This process may not yield a quick response, but we do our best to work with the property owner to get the violations corrected. Since this is private property, there is due process involved.
