Beschreibung

The left turning arrow when heading East down Spring Forest (away from Falls of Neuse) turns green even when there is no traffic waiting to turn left. This makes traffic traffic in the opposite direction wait for no reason. I drive this road both ways twice each day, and notice it frequently.
