The cross walk light on the Crescent Lake side of MLK is not working any more. It does both flash or talk anymore. If you could please fix it as soon as possible that would be greatly appreciated. It is very hard to cross MLK safely even when the lights are working and it is very very unsafe to do so at that location now.
