That whole section of Quinnipiac Av. is the worst road in the city. It been that way for DECADES. From the re-do section to Route 80 Foxen Blvd. Why is the city avoiding finally fixing this road and the re-do that is decades overdue. These manhole over robbers should be punished, Hartford needs to make it a more severe punishment for these people and the scrap dealers should be held accountable for accepting such items.
