Hey, this might be 1017 Athens, the containers are kind of between 1021 and 1017.
There are several houses where the waste containers are regularly left on the street instead of being policed up the day after collection. This particular spot has containers left on the street for the last several weeks, as well as a container across the street at the condos.

Our reports are that 1017 Athens Drive appears to be vacant. City staff pushed cart behind house for now.
1021 Athens Drive had the cart in front of the property beyond what the city code allows. This is being reported as a violation.
