Hey DPW,

Thank you for repaving over all those potholes on Willow. However, the road still feels very bumpy to drive down. Is the road finished, or is there a smoother top coat that hasn't been laid down yet?

If that's the finished product, maybe there's no hope and that section of road should just become pedestrian only.
