I have reported this pothole not only to Vallejo city (where Sean informs me that Caltrans will only permit them to work on it at night and they don't have a night crew) but also to Caltrans directly. After waiting weeks Caltrans kicks it back to me saying that the city of Vallejo must repair it. Seems strange with all the renovation to the park and ride on that same corner that someone can't repair this mess.
