Repointing for the tower and additional mitigation for the nesting birds was budgeted and will be completed this year (before June 30, 2016). We're developing a request for proposals to go out to bid. In the meantime we will continue to clean the tower monthly. We are aware of the issues.

Additional preventative measures were taken today to eradicate birds nesting in the tower.

repointing and bird proofing is scheduled for August 2016.

Work is being completed as we speak.
