Buy the time you took that picture you could have cleaned the drain yourself. What heavy rain???

Thank you for your insightful comment phina123, (the half wit statement is why people dont want to help others) how ever to unclogg this drain it is going to require people to lift a very heavy iron grid and use tools shovels, vaccums etc. Also this issue did not happen over nite. It would be all the prior heavy rain that runs down 13th ave into rt 30 that hydro planes cars and causes safty issues and property damage. Is this a city issue??? Helpful anwsers only please. Not looking to fight just resolve isssues to help c'ville restore itself to its former glory.
