I took this photo on Thurs July 16th -- it's worse now because the bags have been ripped open and the garbage is now being spread all over the place -- food for rats. When is someone going to finally do something about this TERRIBLE bank who owns the place???

It's WORSE today -- Saturday, July 25th -- even MORE garbage was left - filth attracts filth! When is someone going to do something about this?????

Same day, from a different direction. Lost a possible tenant today - she took one look at this directly across the street from our building and said, "No, thank you."

The City's Neighborhood Revitalization team came by today and did a FANTASTIC job. Bushes trimmed, trash cleaned up and removed and grass cut. THANK YOU!
