Description
Light will not allow Edwards traffic to move. It keeps skipping and only allowing prospect traffic. This happens way to frequently to be a one time issue. Get it fixed.

This problem has previously been reported as issues 1158277, 1274707 and 1465182 (other times too, but I can't find the issue ID numbers). In none of those cases did the city explain what it has done to address the problem. When this problem is raised on See-Click-Fix, the city checks the intersection and responds "Signal crew responded and verified proper intersection operation IAW traffic plan." This seems to imply that nothing was changed and that there is no intention to address the problem.
I've seen cars run this light in frustration. At some point there will be an accident and I expect that the city will be liable...
