when traffic is heading north on route 4 after the route 43 intersection traffic while taking a right onto Bloomingrove Road there is a need for a right hand turning lane with the heavy traffic flow that use Bloominggrove. Traffic that wishes to continue north on route 4 blocks the free flow of traffic to Bloomingrove due to the traffic light stopping traffic in both lanes there should be a third turning lane or traffic going north should be in the inside lane only.
