This issue was reported before but was only partially cleaned up. A pile of dirt and rocks was dumped on the city street impeding traffic. A portion of the pile was cleaned up today but there is still dirt covering the curb/gutter. Pile needs to be cleaned up back to the guardrail which is the boundary of the pubic right of way.
