Please help us free ourselves from this blight. There is no good reason one person can keep this neighborhood with a falling down house because they don't because they are not here. If Oakland can't handle this after 10 years, what can be handled? Please let us know the city cares about negligence after so many years.

Looks kinda creepy. I don't get Oakland. They say dumpers will be fined, the homeless will get citations, keep Oakland beautiful, but yet over and over they don't do squat. You'd think city leaders would wake up, but haven't seen it yet in many years. They need to hold these owners responsible. What's the problem?
