I have called LPD on the P.U. sitting on the road, they already have had a complaint about it. I also let the city know. Don't know why it is still there. But I am happy to see that we are all standing together as neighbors to try and put a stop to this and trying to get a better looking neighborhood. It will take all of us to work together.
