I don't understand why the city stopped bulk trash , they should at least do one a year for people,, , now you see mattresses/ toys/ furniture dumped everywhere, Walmart parking lot was a mess for awhile , under bridges and so forth,, people don't want to pay the $50 so they dump it,,, I would think it makes more work for the city and cost more than the fee. it was nicer when we had a bulk trash pu once or twice a year

I'm a little confused but believe this issue should be closed. The mattress has been removed.
