Description

This signal is supposed to be a "smart light" and turn green on Dunwoody Club only when there is traffic on Dunwoody Club, remaining green for Winters Chapel until there is traffic on Dunwoody Club. However, for a month or more it has reverted to a timed light, turning green when there is no traffic on Dunwoody Club and therefore tying up traffic on Winters Chapel.
