Every morning I drive by the corner of Robles & Glen Cove Pkwy and to my right along Robles drive I see water that has or is running down the sidewalk and into street, which is from watering a landscape area which looks like it is planted with drought resistant plants - so why is so much water required? Their watering system needs to be adjusted and regulated.
