Descrizione
It appears that the Merritt Restaurant is no more. The sign has been removed from the roof and the April 30th return date has long since come and gone. The problem with this is the homeless are using the side and front of the building as a toilet. Fecal matter and dried urine on the walls and side walk. In addition they are using napkins as toilet paper and leaving them on the sidewalk and they are blowing all over the place; disgusting. Not sure who actually owns this building but they need to secure this property as soon as possible. At a minimum it is becoming a health hazard.

Code enforcement is short-staffed and the process typically takes a while. They have to notice the owner and give him/her a chance to respond,
