I am sorry you and the neighbors were disturbed at such an early hour. You can call the Borough police non emergency number at 610.664.1000 to report a complaint. Noise falls under the Borough's authority to regulate as a nuisance pursuant to our Code. In the meantime the Building and Zoning Committee is beginning to research standards to regulate this type of activity with time constraints, etc. They have heard complaints of your type in different neighborhoods this year. The ordinance has only begun to be discussed so for now our only option is to determine that a nuisance is occurring and notify the police.
