Every intersection somebody's stopped when the light turns green because they're looking down into their indispensable phone. Or texting/dialing while driving in and out of traffic. And through red lights and stop signs. This is against the law for a reason. Not for the traffic fine revenue but to protect people on foot, on bicycles or in other cars.
