Oakland city leaders need to start respecting the citizens of this city and quit allowing one group of people to trash this city as they feel like it . The majority of the homeless don't want housing so stop saying they do. A huge lot somewhere, with sanitary facilities, social services is one option. Allowing them to do what they want, where they want is is not an option.
