The intersection between E 20th St and 23rd Ave needs a stop sign or a signal stop. This intersection seems to have a lot of accidents due to the blind curve of 23rd Ave. I lived in this area for over 17 years and witness plenty of accidents in that intersection. Today we witnessed another accident in the intersection. (I'll include. Photo.) and not too long ago there was one about 1-month ago. A lot of kids cross this intersection. We need the city of Oakland to take action and help prevent further accidents.

This intersection is a dangerous area. When drivers are driving on East 20th and have to cross 23rd ave to get to the other side of E 20th St they can't see what cars are coming on 23rd ave. It's a blind intersection with a curve. Cars are driving down 23rd ave speed around the curve and they can't see the cars trying to cross so by the time they see each other it's too late. We need a stop sign or stop light to help make the intersection safer

This intersection can sure use a round about also, since this is such a huge intersection.. I've seen plenty of speeding, donuts,accidents and hit in runs. Most recently, a kid on a bike got hit :(. Please consider doing something.

There is a stop sign on the E 20th side. A stop sign would be ok. A stop light would be expensive and not solve much considering the respect stop lights get around here. I'd love a roundabout here and at various other intersections in the area. They force traffic to slow down and would discourage/eliminate? Sideshows at those intersections that had them.
