Update from Transportation Planning: The reported location has 2 signs that are for ”The Downtown Looper Trolley” (Looper Stop). The information, stop locations, times, and a map are small, plus the map is on the upper part of the sign. If the map sign is relocated to a greater height, most of the information can’t be seen. There are several of these locations throughout the downtown that are set up the same way (15 total). This particular Looper Stop has been in this location for 20 years with no pedestrian issues.
