DRIVEWAY SECTION IN RIGHT OF WAY LOOKS LIKE IT IS SINKING AND ABOUT TO COLLAPSE. NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED. THERE IS A HOLE IN DRIVEWAY AS WELL AND A CAVERNOUS SPACE UNDERNEATH. ADJACENT SIDEWALK ALSO HAS CAVERNOUS HOLE UNDERNEATH.
