Arrived home to find a package for one of my flat-mates on our top front step with the back half ripped open. I don't know if things are missing since it isn't my package, but I'm guessing yes.

Just a reminder to our friends and neighbor's to have things delivered to your office if at all possible or have someone keep an eye out for your deliveries.
