159 Osborn Ave. which is a group home run by Advantage is in serious disrepair. Roof needs replacing, chimney needs repair and foundation. Also, it needs painting and fence in back is falling down. How does this house continue to operate ? We understand that they received a grant to fix the property in the Spring but no work has been done.We can only imagine what these handicap people see in the inside.Immediate action is necessary.
