My neighbors here should be embarrassed that "Ready Willing and Able" has to clean up their mess. These owners on 2 full blocks are scum bags!

Hi Rebecca - Our civic association advocated for this problem building to be boarded up and for the gate to the backyard to be locked. It wasn't locked before and was attracting a lot of short dumping. The City finally did respond and the situation is slightly better than it was before. Patricia Mendelsohn Green bought this property, 954 Winton Street, in 2000 for $16,500.

Well I found that Jules and Patricia Mendelsohn of Tyson Realty own the property 954 Winton Street. It was confirmed by the secretary in their office when I called. Feel free to call and complain as much as possible... I know I will be daily.

Yes I walk pass everyday and this is a mess, as are same residents that always disturb others with noise, have complained about my next door neibhors to many times to count, also agree about the block need cleaned, but I feel we should clean up our space as after our dogs.
