There is an abandoned car sitting on the corner of hanmer st and campfield ave and it's been well over a month... It has a flat tire and had not moved... It is causing all kinds of traffic issues when it gets busy, especially when someone wants to park next to it and talk with whomever is on the sidewalk. It is a white Buick license place 9ajhuo. The drivers side tire is flat.
