Left dogs outside for several hours now. Clearly retaliation for the neighbors filing a complaint with ya'll. Looks like nothing has been done AGAIN. There is going to be a problem if you do not handle this once and for all. People on the street are @#$% off. The last time somebody came out here, he sat in his car while dogs barked through the open windows and then drove off doing nothing. Now they are in the backyard, unsupervised with nobody home making all kinds of racket and people work here! Next time, we are going to film your code officer b/c this retaliatory behavior is getting worse every time you don't do anything. And we all have rights here, to live peacefully without hearing these dogs all day long. It's beyond rude and against the law.
