Around 7pm tonight this vehicle was parked legally.

It's funny how everyday except the one time 4 days after the report they aren't parked illegally but they are today.

I believe there is a misunderstanding regarding where is and is not legal to park. We investigated pursuant to your comment and again found the vehicle to not be in violation. What violation do you believe this vehicle is in? Do you have any photographs to corroborate this that you can provide?
