There could be a renovation project in progress as it appears the owner has started partial construction of storage buildings but never finished them. The property has overgrown shrubs, trash, and debris behind their fence and neighbors say they starting to see rats in the area. This property has wood piled in the yard, building materials stored on the driveway and front porch, ladders left on the front yard and there is so much junk in the side yard that it is visible above the fence.
