limbs hanging dangerously pulling down wires from street pole to my house. third request for someone to survey this issue

Tree limbs are hanging to the point where they are pulling down the wires from the street that are connected to my house. If I am on my front lawn I must bend down so that I don't touch the wire. This is not my first report and I do not think this wire will make it past a snow or ice storm. I do not wish to be without electricity during a storm; please respond
