Two utility poles where replaced on Jefferson Road, after hurricane Irene. It has been over 10 months and the Street Lights are not installed on the new poles. The poles are located on Jefferson Road, Branford, CT, between Florence Rd, and Burban Drive. This is a very busy road for walkers/joggers and also a school is located on it, at night there is no visibility.
