it's a mobile home park,right? in which way are the RVs in violation? does the code prohibit RVs in a mobile home park? thanks

Park is grandfathered for 3 total. Park is currently in violation and has been issued a MOV to appear in circuit court for not correcting the violation and for fines of $100 per day. Fines reached in excess of $10,000.00 before MOV was issued for failure to pay and correct situation.
