Can you tell me when this work was done? I was over at the property until about 2;45 PM today (Thurs, Nov 12 ) and the work had not been done at that time. Especially see the condition at 4866 Happy Hollow Rd where grass is growing in the gutter due to so much collected debri. I cleaned the gutters in front of 4882 myself today. The whole stretch on the west side of Happy Hollow north 2-3 blocks from Peeler Road is bad about collecting debri and causing water to jump over them and then come down the incline/ through each yard to flood my yard and my two adjacent neighbors. The permenant fix for this woud be to put in underground storm water system or to at least come back and mill the road down properly so that the road pavement is not above the storm drain. I have been complaining about this for years now --since at least 2011 and have talked to /met with numerous officials with no permenant luck/fix. HELP!!!!!!!!

The City of Dunwoody has received this issue. It is registered as service request #3273. Currently, we are working on this issue. Please check back for status updates.

I just noticed that your first report of completion(your email came in at 12:45PM today) said it was done 3 hours before which would have been approx 9;45 AM this morning Nov12 . I was there then , up to about 245PM and I saw no workers do anything. Someone has given a false report and I do not appreciate this misleading answer. Please let me know how this will be reconciled. I will be glad to meet your folks out there and show them the problem . It is not in front of 4890 ----I keep my gutters cleaned out on my own. It is the gutters south up the hill , on the west side , all the way up to Peeler Road that is the problem.

Crews were instructed to clean all storm drain inlets along Happy Hollow Road. They are scheduled to return tomorrow for required cleaning
