I agree I live in the 600 block of north Foster nothing upsets me more than this truck and the owners lack of respect for city ordinance and public safety. Today I was nearly broadsided due to an obstructed view caused by the owner of this truck. The city of Lansing hardly ever writes parking violation in our area. It makes me furious that the police don't seem to care. I've reported this many times along with overnight parking and people parking in the wrong direction (530 N Foster) and parking overnight.
