The intersection of East Broadway and Doten/Cleveland needs a four way stop. Narrow streets and poor visibility with children in the area is going to cause an injury with the excessive speed of many cars that miss the turn to the Racino. The dead end sign is not stopping traffic from travelling down Cleveland and an arrow needs to be place directing traffic to the Racino. Winter is just as much a problem with snow banks that block visibility and narrow the streets.
