When we leave our trash cans out in the alley on trash pickup days, at the end of the day we sometimes find them filled up with trash/debris that somebody dumped. This happened today - after work my husband went to pull our trash cans back into our yard only to find them filled up with big black bags full of what looked like construction debris (pieces of plaster wall). There were additional black bags scattered around the alley.
